Everything received is a digital download

If you have an issue with a download, we will be happy to 

fix it and get you your purchased product(s).

Your old license numbers are still valid, BUT if you

are needing a new license or lost yours - then please email

scrapsncompany@aol.com and we will be happy to issue you a new one

We have no way to look up any old license numbers, so if you did

not save it then please request a new one.

We have a zero tolerance policy for sharing of any products. 
Anyone found to be sharing products will be banned from accessing the store.
